Caggie’s Healthy Eating Spots

You will often find me in the Good Life Eatery on Sloane Avenue. I love the breakfasts that they do all day on the weekends. I usually go for granola, or ‘So Fresh and So Clean’- which is a bowl with quinoa, egg, avocado, egg, cashew cream, kale and sweet potato.

They do some yummy salads as well, my favourite is the sunset chop OR The Downtown Sweet Potato is pretty awesome too, with a vegan walnut mince. image12

There’s a few of these around but I go to the one in Westbourne Grove, it’s a healthy supermarket and they have a great canteen and juice bar. I love piling in a mixture of all the different foods and creating a colourful box of goodness to take home or eat there with a freshly made juice.

This one is the winner where desserts are concerned. Raw desserts that taste so delicious you will be coming back every day (I have one a day)! Plus they know how to do a mean avocado toast and have some delicious smoothies and juices. But trust me on the desserts, you will not be disappointed. image8

Situated on Kensington High St, this place does great vegan dishes and has an incredible selection of raw deserts (their butternut squash cake is to die for- see below)  I usually get the eggplant Milanese, brussel sprouts and farrow and cashew cream, with pesto courgetti.
