I have big plans for 2017! but does anyone else think it is going at lightning speed?! I blinked and January is over !!
It’s important to be realistic with the goals you set out for yourself, like someone said to me recently, “dream big- but in baby steps”. Everyone starts off the year very enthusiastically, but come mid January old habits are creeping back in, quite simply because we put too much pressure on ourselves to achieve too much in a short amount of time.

Cut back on Coffee.

Going to get regular facials! I actually just had one this evening in LA, at Kate Somerville and they told me to take macrobiotics daily to help with my breakouts. Since turning 27 my skin has oddly got quite bad again, which apparently is quite common at my age and is due to a hormone imbalance. They also told me to start taking Collagen in the morning in my smoothie, which is supposed to have great affects on your skin.
Going to take time for myself.
Evenings in with a face mask and a movie. Its important to unwind and not feel the pressure to be constantly out and socialising all the time! My personal favourite face mask is Eve lom And I use this weekly.

Going to eat better! no pill or potion can outweigh a bad diet. So Keep it largely green, drink as much water as you can and stay away from processed food. Cooking for yourself is a great way of monitoring what you eat. Eating out can be dangerous (depending where you are going.) More fruit and veg, and less meat. (I am trying to not eat meat at all!)
